I was interested in an Vehicle ans drove 52 minutes to meet them, test drove the vehicle, and put a 100.00 Deposit down after we drove to bank down the road. No contracts signed, a couple days later I decided against the vehicle and he told me I can't get my Deposit back. Not impressed. Unprofessional

Terrible service, if I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a car from them and after a month everything is wrong with it. Water was leaking into my car I had about 10 gallons I had to empty out and when I brought it it they “fixed it” and also left the water in my car they did not care. They damaged my sunroof by ripping off the fabric. And when I took it to a dealership to get fixed I had 11 grand worth of serious repairs needed that’s more than the car costed. Super unprofessional so not waste and lose your money here.

Horrible place with horrible service. Lazy boss and workers that don’t get things done then over charge. Don’t recommend going here or buying a car from here it’s ridiculous. I’d go somewhere a little more professional.

"Manager" Jon Strange and I agreed on a price for my truck trade in for a silver Touareg they still have lot since who knows when. Wife and I first visited the last week of Jan 22' and after 6wks of endless excuses (all the while they had my truck for cylinder issue) they were unable to ready the Touareg for delivery. Extremely frustrated, I retrieved my truck and took my business elsewhere and in hindsight, should have from the beginning. Mike the owner is clueless and doesn't care.They are severely understaffed. Jon has more excuses than cars on the lot. Stay away at all costs as you'll be glad you did.

Talked to the store about purchasing a 2008 VW Jetta 2.0T. Told me they had to fix a water pump and the car would be 100% ready to buy over the weekend going into Monday, issue turns into a 2 week ordeal where I’m being ignored and assume I’ve been lied to multiple times. Decided to just buy a 2010 Honda Accord that they just brought in and after a couple months of brake issues and despite acknowledgment of the issues RIGHT AFTER THE TEST DRIVE they tell me the brakes are just weird from sitting. Got the car checked out and learned these idiots somehow had motor oil inside of the ALREADY BAD master cylinder haha. Don’t buy a car here bunch of corner cutting lazy people.
