A long time customer, good work until under new ownership. Recommended a good friend for a some major service and she was very dissatisfied. Work was reviewed by another service garage that does that for Walworth sheriffs. Bolts were stripped, more expensive parts were installed, fluids that were supposed to be changed were not, old parts were not saved, no sign off for the work to be done….list goes on

I took my car in to Amport to have my AC serviced as it has not been working properly. They ran testing and told me I was low on freon. They checked for leaks and found none. They topped off the freon and told me I should be good to go. I Paid $350 for freon and a leak check. ok. I drove off and the AC was still not working properly. I brought it back in and they checked it again. Surprise, they discovered what is actually wrong with it. However, they could not fix it. They suggested I go to the dealer. I spoke with John, whom I believe is the manager, and asked if I could get something off of the $350 bill since my AC was NOT fixed. He declined. He said he did work on it and therefore he cannot give me a break. My experience will not allow men to recommend this business. Some consideration would have been appreciated.

very rude to customers. its was 3.54 came in for an emissions and told me. we stop at 4 i'm like its not 4 hes like to bad we have someone else ahead of you. will not return to this place way to rude to customers.

I took my car here for emissions and print out was REJECTED due to OBD issues. Took it for repair they said it should not have been rejected. Whiterock emissions machines are faulty! Go to Halls on Bluemound! I lost out because of a late fee for 10.00 and sticker fee!!!

Zach was super helpful, giving me a purchase inspection for a new truck and I’m definitely gonna bring it back for any service. He was very honest and upfront with his opinion and I instantly have good trust for him.

I got my emissions test and registration within 5 minutes. Total bill $122.40 and $110 was the registration fee. Friendly guys. Doesn’t look like much on the outside but I had a great experience for the 5 minutes I was there. Didn’t even have to mail a check for my registration, they just gave it to me. Highly recommend. Il be getting my oil changes done here.

This place is absolutely horrible! They will suck your wallets dry. They don’t do the work properly or at all and when it’s brought to their attention, they just don’t care!

Had thousands in work done only to find out some of what I was charged for was never done!! And the work they actually did do was sloppy and not to industry standard. I paid for a 2nd opinion from a court appointed expert after their work! I didn't make this up. I offered to meet them in the middle, asking for the work I paid for to get done, and replace bolts they stripped, anchor parts that should have been anchored and reimbursement for the overflow of transmission oil (a gallon!) that was spraying all over the underside, and had to be fixed by my 2nd guy. oh btw, they also replaced a wheelbearing on the wrong side and I was left with the same noise (a cupped tire actually) that I brought it in for! After all this, I asked for simple fixes, did NOT ask them for wheel bearing mis- diagnosis reimbursement and I was met with a belligerent owner who said we aren't fixing anything, take me to court, then hung up on me. BEWARE. seems there is no supervision of a new mechanic, and NO accountability. Top that off with being jerks to me. I'm happy to share pictures of the bolts that were never touched in a supposed rear fluid differential change that I paid for.
These guys make good mechanics shake their heads.
