I was really worried when my car broke down and needed to be towed. This company definitely eased my anxiety! They were super responsive and quick. We met at my car within 20 minutes (on the dot). They were very kind and once my car was towed to the right spot they checked out my car and suggested what was going on with it. The payment was not bad either, it was 84$ for about 10 miles or 20 minutes. The other places were going to charge almost twice as much. So this company was super helpful when I definitely needed it.

I met with Tony for a tow from Milwaukee co. to Waukesha co.. Tony was very patient and professional. The man cared about the safety of the vehicle in tow (classic car) as well as the safety of everyone involved. To top it off Affordable Recovery & Towing was absolutely affordable. Outstanding service!!! I would recommend Tony to anyone in the area. I commute to Waukesha for work and didn’t know any auto services in the area. Tony towed my Jeep to Challenger Battery for alternator/battery service. He picked me up when my shift was over and it was all ready for me.I was 20 minutes into my drive back home and one of my tires blew out. Couldn’t believe it, so I called Tony again. He got to me within an hour for a tow to the closest tire place since my spare was no good. Tony saved the day! After becoming stranded 40 minutes from home with 2 small children, we needed assistance quickly. We went through AAA, and after two other towing companies failed to come through, the call was transferred to Affordable Towing Services. Tony arrived within 25 minutes and loaded our minivan quickly. He then asked how long we had been waiting for help. When I relayed our experience he said he would investigate on our behalf to find out what went wrong prior to him being dispatched. He was professional and courteous. He also followed up and called as soon as he dropped our vehicle off at our chosen auto body shop! I pray we never get stranded again...but if we do I will DEFINITELY be calling Tony first! Thank you so much!!!

Unfortunately, I exited my vehicle without putting it in "park"... and it did a slow roll into a deep culvert. The vehicle was wedged quite tightly while balancing on only three wheels. I called AAA- and they in turn called Affordable Recovering & Towing. Tony was at the location before the specified time. This man KNEW what he was doing! He calculated the correct angle, took the needed time and frequently repositioned the front tires- all so well, that my vehicle acquired not nearly the amount of damage that it would've had someone less skillful attempted this challenge. Thank you, Tony for being the professional that you are and for taking great care in the job you did today!
