Wonderful people attempted to find the right product and install my windshield wiper in the freezing cold at the same time they had their pizza delivered for lunch when I walked in the door...I still feel so Guilty...You guys rock!!!!

I recently moved to Waukesha and stopped in the 530 Sunset Dr Waukesha WI location around 7:30 PM Sunday to ask them to check the battery that I purchased from the South 27th St Milwaukee location a year or two ago. The employee at the counter informed me that I have to go to the store I purchased it for any issues.Needless to say it was a very poor experience. Having been in the automotive industry it would have been easy enough to look at the MFG date to determine the if it was under warranty and exchange it being the Diehard brand you represent.I stated it would be much easier for me to go to Walmart then try to make it before the 27th ST location closed and I need the truck for work in the morning.She just gave me a blank stare so I left and went to Walmart.Why couldn't she call the other location to verify the purchase? Why do I have to give information for "warranty purposes" when you have to have the original receipt for "warranty related issues"?Time to find a different parts house.

Not the type to leave a bad review ever simply because I'm not that type of person. However, I just had the WORST experience I've ever had at any Auto Store. Placed an order (Online) several weeks ago for Brake Calipers which took almost 2 weeks to arrive ; it clearly states if you return the previous Calipers you receive a $150 refund for the Core(s) on the Calipers. Tonight I went to Advanced with the previous Calipers to receive my $150 refund. The female who was working (Jess) did NOT know what she was doing at all! She told me she "Needed a barcode" in order for me to receive my refund. I stated the e-receipt did not have a barcode and I did not have a physical copy since it was ordered online. I asked her why I needed a barcode and she just stood there confused and ignoring me not saying a word. She clearly did not know what she was doing and did not issue me a refund. Worst service ever and very unprofessional. Advanced will continue to get my service but I will refuse to ever let that employee "help" me ever again.

Avoid this place at all cost. Had a woman help me on brake pads for my car and was told I could save money doing a pick up at store order. I did that with her help and she got the part but gave me wrong part. I went to exchange for the right part and was told to get order number should be in email. Couldn’t find in email and was told nothing they could do except buy new ones. Let the wrong part that I was given there and went to different part store where the guy knew cars. Will never go back and will tell all never go.

Had a wonderful experience here, The Employee Kris, was really helpful, and i recommend everyone that walks into the store to look for him, he doesn’t beat around the bush, and gets you what you need, and if he doesn’t know he’ll research it really quick for you, and hopefully find you an alternative to getting your part! Hands down best employee at advanced auto, he even offered to put in my battery after he got out of work!

After going to another advanced auto yesterday and it being closed during normal business hours, I came to the one on sunset an hour after they opened and they have a sign saying computers are down closed. Not taking cash or anything just lock the doors and tell customers to get bent. This company has bad management.

Was told the part we ordered was shipped to this store. Not only did they not have our part but it had never been ordered by the Oconomowoc store. Very disappointed for all the running around and waste of time.

I needed to replace my battery on my car since it was having some troubles and I called and one of the store associates named Vince told me that he could replace my battery and it would be no problem I came in shortly after calling and Vince right away helped me get the battery and check me out and then heWas so kind and put the battery in for me I would definitely recommend the store and recommend Vince and the Store Manager Tony the Store Manager Tony kept me busy while Vince was putting in the battery because it was cold outside overall grade employees and definitely will be back
