I have had some difficulty starting this LX 3310 ever since I bought it. Recently it was struggling to start so I replaced the battery. The day after I installed the new battery, the tractor wouldn't start at all and just made a clicking sound. So I put a trickle charger on there to get it started and took it in for service thinking it was an electrical issue. After a few days, with no phone call, I stopped in and they told me they put a trickle charger on it and started it twice with no issues. Then they proceeded to charge me $650. When I asked why it was so much, the service tech went through FOUR PAGES of notes showing how they came to that amount. It was four pages of notes describing the "labor" involved in starting a tractor. I can't ever do business again with a place like this.

Bought a Kubota 75-2 loader from them and its been nice. I bought it around May 2020. So far like it alot. Thinking about getting another one sometime in 2021.I really don't have to many complaints about the machine it self just more about the customer service.I ordered it with a Bluetooth radio and took awhile to get it. Then I get it installed and can't get the Bluetooth to hookup. I was told numerous times that my sales rep would come to the site and find out whats going on. So to this day of February 2021 no one came out to try hooking it up or getting it to work. Trying to get ahold of the sale rep has been a nightmare. Left messages text. Some saying he would call me back. Never does. Like how many times do I have to reach out? Should be 1 or 2 tops. Then when In the middle of the purchase one of the things was a block heater to plug in during the winter. Well I call in October November 2020 my rep stating he would come out and here again February 2021 NEVER CAME OUT. I tried calling/texting multiple time no response. Here i sit yet again. Then I asked for a quote of a mini excavator in November and Today February 2021 I got nothing. So I don't know how many more chances I give this company. I think its time I take my business elsewhere.My service experience been good so far here.

Aaron behind the counter had me drive out here for nothing. Then refused to help me look into a part i needed. Will not be buying a new ditch witch feom here

I bought our Kubota skid loader here. I appreciate Alex and his boss going the extra mile by listening to what I wanted and working with me at my speed: I called in the morning, they got everything ready and latter that afternoon I picked up the new machine that had the exact options I asked for.And they did not have any ‘dirty diesels’ anywhere! Just clean trucks and equipment that all run on all natural clean ultra low sulfur diesel and have emission controls including diesel particulate filters on the exhaust!
