“I'm leaving this review for my friend who had a 2014 Lincoln MKS aligned. The job was done professionally and in a relatively short amount of time. The only thing I could say in the negative is that the car was brought in Monday night for a Tuesday morning, 9:00 a.m. appointment. I had mentioned to them when they said that that would be great because I'm a second shifter and I am hoping to get the car back before I go to work at 1:30 p.m. . I called at noon and they haven't even looked at the vehicle. Not a showstopper because I did have alternate transportation. Just a little unsettling. Otherwise the job was done great the car rides perfectly.”

“Sadly I had to sell my motorcycle and my wife and I decided that we wanted something fun since we don’t drive long distances anymore.
I had the pleasure of working with Trevor the sales person, Aaron the finance person, and Rick the manager. I purchased a 2024 jeep sport S two-door. Ever since I was a mechanic in the army I’ve always wanted a two door jeep. Cloth top as well.
I put over 2000 miles on it in two weeks so I thought I better buy the unlimited mileage seven year extended warranty. Gives me peace of mind since I want to keep this even if I get another car.
We are having so much fun!!!
I want to call out the patience that Trevor, Rick, and Aaron had with me.

“I had a large dent in my bumper from hitting a traffic barrel (it was laying sideways in the roadway) so I went to get an estimate. They took the time to pop out the dent. The gentleman used his torch and heated the bumper so he could get the dent out. He even polished my bumper. Great customer service and great people. He didn't charge me for this minimal service, but I can assure I will tell all my friends and family that need collision repair that Kaliber is the place you want to go. They went above and beyond. Anytime I need service I will be returning there. They also clean headlights if you need this service check them out.”
“They did an excellent job repairing my wife's 2014 Honda Pilot after a deer made a bad decision about crossing 144 at night.It took a month to get the car back. That may seem like a long time, but other body shops are months away from starting new jobs.Also Leah, the young lady most likely to answer the phone when you call, is super nice, helpful and understanding.I'd give them more ⭐s but Google limits it to five.”
“Mike was great. I had a vehicle dropped off at a dealer recently and had quite the overpriced repair. They called to then tell me the water pump was bad after the other repair was done and wanted over $700.
I called Mike, drove it 2 miles and saved over half the cost. He was able to get it done in 2 days notice.
Certainly would use again if I break down in the Saukville area again”
