Moved here rather recently. Have been trying to establish new doctors. Must be a pre-requisite to avoid being kind and caring. Nothing like the providers we had at Fort Health. Visited dermatology with my husband today. Doctor had horrible bedside manner. Had a quick 10 minute appointment that we felt was a terrible imposition. Definitely will not be back.

ER is atrocious I went to the ER in April due to a ruptured fallopian tube caused by a 6 week gestational ectopic surprise pregnancy.
I sat there in excruciating pain with tears rolling down my face as I tried to breathe thru the pain the ER staff (Admin) were horrible they just kept staring at me for the entire 20 mins it took for them to take me back.
Once there the dr kept asking me if I was sure I was pregnant (I had no idea it was ectopic) blood work confirmed I was, but Ultrasound couldn't locate the embryo.
HOURS later I was informed I needed to go into emergency surgery (4pm) the surgical staff acted put out that they had to have yet another patient to deal with.
When I came to I could hear the white surgery assistant nurse or whatever her title was (there were 2, kne white, one Asian) the white was was being nasty and talking about me and the baby that I had just lost I heard it all, and said something to her and she just looked at me with complete disgust as if she was judging me for losing my baby.
This place is outdated, unprofessional, and uncaring to their patients.
Drive 28 mins east to Aurora Summit, your chances of getting better Healthcare service will be better there.

two days ago, i found myself taking my brother to the emergency room in watertown so someone could better care for him and the symptoms he was experiencing. we were seen within 10 minutes of being there, so that wasn’t an issue at all. what i did have an issue with, however, was how unconcerned and unbothered the staff was when my brother was begging for help to breathe when he was having a coughing attack. i get that it’s your occupation, and i understand the importance of remaining calm in a situation like this, more than anything i do. but when im watching my only brother, 17 years of age, cough and choke and plead for someone to come and help, and not a single soul in that hospital turned and assisted us or even bothered to come see what was the matter within what felt like over 30 seconds of him gasping for breath, is so horrifying and frankly disgusting. i don’t care if you’ve seen 100 times worse, WE as the family are not used to seeing our loved ones in such a state of panic and pain. seconds are precious to those who don’t know what’s going on in these moments. i remember my brother YELLING for help in that hallway, and there was even one staff member prepping the bedding in a separate room across the hall, and she did not once come out of that room or even offer to go get help. i have highly advised several people in my life already that this hospital is just not worth the hassle. never will i ever trust my loved ones in an environment where i don’t know when help will come.
edit: kim from respiratory is so nice though
