I recently visited Dr. David Smiley and had great experience. Dr. Smiley is knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns. From the moment I walked in the building for my annual exam at Doctor’s Court Clinic, the staff were exceptional! The front desk staff were friendly and precise, the MA was kind and understanding, and the provider Casey Brown was as always the best. She provides a listening ear, her explanations are thorough but on a very personal level that makes sense to anyone. I left feeling care for by all staff, and knew what my outcome was and what I needed to do for follow up. I couldn’t ask for a better team and primary care provider.

My review is based on if you're new with Medicare. Let the office know before wellness visit for the year. My experience was as if it was a bother with the standard Q&A that had to be done before I could be seen by Dr. "patient with patients" please.

This was the first time seeing Dr David Smiley. My son was having some breathing issues and Dr. Smiley took really good care of him. He's down to earth and very easy to talk too. He listened very well to what we had to say and made my son feel really comfortable. Its very obvious that Dr. Smiley loves his job and helping others. I always say good doctors are hard to find as I had not so good experiences in the past. I would say Dr. Smiley is top notch. Thank you for listening. ?

I was very happy with the staff, nurses and Doctor Casey Jones. They all were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jones was right on top of it with my medical history and looking up a recent procedure that I had just the day before. I felt better leaving the office knowing that my issue would be resolved in a few weeks.. I’m happy to say I found a new doctor and clinic..?

We didn’t get to go in even after taking a Covid test and it was negative.. they wanted to do phone interview and I knew he needed a throat culture and tested for influenza and his ears checked for infection.. so why phone interview? It was all set up backwards if you ask me.. then we ended up doing a” back door “ appointment to take these test and his ears still didn’t get looked at but was told” well we really don’t do anything for eat infections anyways but after 3 days if it still hurts let us know and we’ll see him.. mind you this will be on a Friday ~~ now we’re going into the weekend.. thank you.. NOT

Love Casey Brown she is very caring and understanding and listen to what I have to say she also explains things in a way her patients can understand what is wrong with you. The nursing staff and reception staff is very caring also.

My visit with David Smiley was very productive, thorough, and relaxed. He is very knowledgeable and personable, and his experience covers many realms in the healthcare industry going back 30 years. There wasn't any sense of being rushed either. As an APNP he emulates all proficiencies of an MD--perhaps even better since he actually listens. My initial visit with him involved detailed planning for the upcoming months, utilizing the comprehensive services of Watertown Regional Medical Center. Don't be reluctant to make the switch to someone new if you are needing to!

Hard to find if you're not familiar with Watertown, or you don't have a good map app, but otherwise, it's a GREAT clinic. There was one person ahead of me, but I had registered online so only had 2 signatures to give, then was seem within 5 mins of that.I had called my local clinic the evening before because I was spiking a fever. Having a chronic condition, & taking daily steroids, I had to see someone right away. I was sent here, on an urgent basis, and though no one took my temp, I was thoroughly examined (heart, lungs, face pressure points, etc.), my provider knew her way around the system chart apps to see my records and lab results. Hooray for personnel being digitally savvy! Not often the case out here in the rural areas.This clinic gets a stellar review!
