Pathetic experience overall. Staff was rude when setting up a yearly checkup. Was told we had to pay $20 for the doctor to sign an athletic waiver, even though we had a checkup within the same year. They claim it's in the patient agreement you sign, however even if that's true, no other doctor I have been to had ever charged for this. Go here at your own risk..

I’ve been with this office my entire life, their staff are constantly in and out the door and it’s obvious there’s a reason for it. I sat on the phone for my Telehealth visit for almost an hour waiting for the NP to join the call, just for the front desk to tell me I missed my appointment and they’ve been trying to reach me multiple times. I got one single text from them 30 minutes past my appointment, and they told me I was lying. Don’t waste your time here I am done.

DO NOT GO HEREMy friend was treated so poorly simply due to the fact of his race. I’m not sure whether or not these people realize but Mexicans exist in the whole of the US not just in Texas. He told me that some representative went in the back and heard that person, speak in a “Mexican accent”, saying, “Oh boy let me get a hold of his frijoles señor.” My friend wasn’t even there for a physical just a COVID-19 test. I’m offended and he is devastated.

Dr. Golden of Watertown Family Practice is absolutely amazing! With the help of Dr.Golden, I was able to become healthy and drop 55 lbs this year!

I really like Dr. chochrane. I trust him. I don’t trust many doctors so that says a lot! I also feel he saved my husband’s life as he found a blood clot in his leg.

They purposely don’t give you enough antibiotics so that you have to come back and spend hundreds of dollars again. Very disappointed because I used to go there when I was younger and back then this never would’ve happened.

The office staff is incredibly friendly, the doctors we have encountered really give their full attention and focus to you as the patient. Our one year old son sees Dr. Legrow and he patiently listens to and answers all my first time mommy questions and worries. We are really glad to have found this place!
