I stopped there recently and was in the checkout line with two items, a female employee came up on the second register and announced to everyone standing in line, "I am just going to help this lady before I leave." I was next in line so naturally I thought she was talking to me. She proceeded to yell at me and told me," NO not you this lady!" She called the senior lady by her first name and was so sweet to her and asked her how she was doing. I am not a Watertown local, so I guess you get treated differently if this rude employee knows you. The young female employee that checked me out was not friendly either. The other reviews about rude and not polite to the customers are true as I witnessed it first hand. Also the store was not well stocked and very messy. Never going back to that store ever!

Go elsewhere. No need to go out of town as there are at least 3 others to choose from.
Unorganized, out of stock, don't call other Walgreens to see if they can fill it faster, can't seem to coordinate filling multiple prescriptions so they're ready the same day or within a few days of one another, no customer service. A 2 because they fill the prescriptions eventually.

I will say, the pharmacy is always overworked and is short staffed. I feel so bad for them ?. The reason I give two is the staff outside of the pharmacy. The managers I have met are extremely unorganized and constantly leave the front end short staffed during busy hours. Hire some people. Lots wanna work.

I'm really sick and tired of walking into places and feeling like I am bothering staff or that I'm there to do something shady. I spent lots of money at Walgreens and I never saw anything from there. I wish they would have better customer service. And also realize that them watching someone like me doesn't matter if I want to take something I'm just going to take it.

RUDE AF PHARMACY! I was trying to give my insurance information over the phone to check the prices and they said I’d have to go in because they have a long line in a very mean way! I will never go here again even though I live in town. I have to drive to CVS in delafield because that’s what is in network for me or Walgreens. Guess I’ll be driving to delafield from now on.

Can you all stop hating the pharmacy? Walgreens and other retail pharmacies have struggled with staffing shortages since the start of the pandemic. Shortages led to long waits for medication, shorter hours, and even hundreds of closed stores last year.Most of its stores are operating below their stated minimum staffing levels, which is a great indicator of how broken the chain truly is. Out of its 9,000 stores, a third work reduced hours due to labor shortage.There are around 30,000 people living in Watertown, I assume that around half use this Walgreens to get their prescriptions (including more people outside of Watertown). There is only a small handful of workers making all of these prescriptions. I would imagine they work stressed out of their god damn mind to get your prescriptions done on time. They don't work overnight getting them ready either. Don't hate on the Workers trying to get paid, hate on the CEO or Walgreens Company itself for treating their own workers so poorly and over-burdening them."We were constantly short staffed thanks to poor district management. Didn't get much time to learn trainings before being thrown into the pharmacy. Everyone was always stressed out including customers, we were always behind on filling. Most people didn't take their 15-minute breaks. I was discouraged from taking mine by being asked to make it quick every time, even though I really needed the time to relax and not lose my mind. This location has horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Drive thru lines are always long and you better expect a long wait time while you're there. I've had my prescriptions with this pharmacy for years but I'm about ready to transfer them elsewhere if this kind of service continues.

I have had nothing BUT problems when it comes to the pharmacy. Twice in a week, I have had Emergency medicine that I NEED filled. I had to have my dad pick up today and not only was the medication not ready, they claimed it would be 2.5 hours to fill. Are you kidding me? Then, when I called, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes which led to me hanging up. I have been using Walgreens as my pharmacy for far too long and today is the reason why I will be changing pharmacies in the very near future.

Fair “system” is down 15 minutes before closing… then while my husband is using the atm, they are rushing him out so they “can clean and close” rude staff
