I have been using this UPS location for about a year or so (new management I think). The young man that has been working when I’ve been there is very kind, professional and efficient at his job. Wow, it’s been sometime since I’ve seen this kind of work ethic in a young person. Kudos to him!

I needed something printed out for a meeting on a Tuesday night and I called twice and left two messages. I ended up going elsewhere to get my paperwork printed. It is pretty disheartening when you leave two messages and they get back to twenty-four hours later.

Always friendly and willing to help. Quick turnaround every time I stop in.
I also have a PO Box on site for my business, which is a lifesaver, if you're ever worried that someone's going to porch pirate your stuff, get a mailbox here!

Customer service is horrible. They doubled the price to have a box with them, then after I paid told me they have no record of my payment and I can't have my mail until I pay them. I called back with my receipt info and they refused to look it up. They told me they have had a lot of new employees and if one made a mistake they aren't responsible for the "miscommunication" and they will do nothing to make it right but I am welcome to keep my box with them until the end of my term, after I personally bring my receipt to them. I know for a fact they could have looked the receipt up in their system and had this resolved during this phone conversation.
Lazy, rude, unorganized... if I could give negative stars, I would.

After paying to insure 2 packages, the store would not file a claim when the packages arrived damaged. I have called the store multiple times with no answer. A message was left for them to call me back....still waiting!!! I called corporate and as I type this.....have been on hold for ONE HOUR & 20 MINUTES waiting to talk to a supervisor! This is absolutely unacceptable!! It did not take this long for them to take the insurance money. But it gets better.....now I am told the claim has to be filed with the store.
