Dylan and his coworkers went way above and beyond what I would have ever expected in my visit for my brakes. I came in yesterday after getting a flat on the camper on our way to Kansas City. I received a friendly greeting from the gentleman behind the counter, I explained the situation and he said he would see what he could do to get me back on the road as soon as possible. All the techs at this location were busy, so he called the other location to see if they had time (we were driving right by there anyway). While he was trying to find a quick solution for us, one of his techs finished up a job and had an opportunity to squeeze us in between jobs. I pulled around to the side I was greeted by a knowledgeable tech who was very quick about helping our situation. He repaired, balanced, and reinstalled the tire very quickly. By the time I got back up front to pay the bill, our paperwork was there waiting. I paid and was on my way with some yummy chocolate chip cookies too.
