I would give zero stars, but that's not allowed.
This is the ONLY thrift store that I have NOT enjoyed; not only was the selection thin, but it was all overpriced & the workers were INCREDIBLY RUDE to me & very clearly speaking ill of me while I walked by.
There was no stated limit on how many items were allowed in the dressing rooms, as there was no line, I walked over with 11 items in my arms. (It probably appeared to be more since it was mostly long dresses.) While walking over, the ladies at the counter were speaking very loudly and obviously about the amount of items I was bringing into the dressing room. To be respectful, I left half of my items on the nearest rack & tried on the ones I brought in with me. When I exited the dressing room, the lady who was making disrespectful comments had already started putting my items back on the racks they came from.
I understand the good things that St. Vinne's does for the community, but I will no longer be supporting this location.

Shop elsewhere they charge out the ass for donated stuff. Your better off getting brand new for the prices at this store or better yet drive to Oconomowoc St. Vincent

Lovely place! I think it is more of giant boutique. There are tall ceilings which allows for showcase of so many large format famed art. So much care is put into the layout! Several displays with holiday/seasonal. Jewelry is all right at eye level! I wonder where the team came from, because together they made something very special.
Bring Cash. There is Kwik Tripp across the street, if you forget. I was in bargain mode, but did find something in my pick-list!
I hope to hear about discount days, that would
Motivate me to buy some very nice items! They must have given the junk away to other stores?!

Horrible prices... $125 for a ps2, $125 for a wii, $85 for a ps4. On top of that cash only... here's a tip. If your going to operate cash only, don't price stuff like a retro video game store

Cash only. Very inconvenient. Staff is not very friendly. They make it difficult to donate items. Crazy!

A very clean store with a great selection. Well organized. Not so packed/crammed that you can't see what is available. Nice changing room.

Sorry not sorry for my review. This place is terrible, I was looking at leggings name brand Victoria secret ones were 7.50 when I just got the same brand pair of ones at the thrift store downtown for 3 bucks. DONT waste your time or money here. Not worth it in my eyes. You get things for free don’t be ripping people off for profit. It’s disgusting considering your mission is to HELP people. ??♀️

We came from the Dells area to come shop. We were behind on time and we got there at 4:45 when they close at 5. As soon as we walked in, the lady and man started making snotty comments about how “we snuck in”. They then got on the intercom saying they close in 10 minutes, 5 minutes before posted hours. They then turned the lights off immediately after the announcement. Obviously, they were annoyed. Being in customer service really isn’t for everyone. Maybe re-think how you treat people? You could have politely told us you had somewhere to be right after work or that you prefer people to pay 5 minutes before closing? Really anything other than being a snot and turning the lights off on us. Seems like it’s a reoccurring problem, too.

I have frequented this store since I moved to Watertown about 9 years ago. it has changed dramatically since opening back up after Covid. Prices have tripled. I've seen worn dresses that I could get new for less. I thought I'd give them one more chance. Today I went in and found a couple pairs of earrings and when I was looking at the jewelry in the locked case, waiting for someone to unlock it, I noticed two boxes of jewelry priced and ready to be displayed. I picked up a brooch laying on the top to look at it. I did not move anything simply picked it up. An employee saw me, grabbed the boxes and told me I couldn't touch that because she was putting it out for display. It was a 50 cent brooch. I put my soon to be purchases back, and left. I went to the one in Jefferson where they are more reasonably priced and MUCH nicer. I'm done. They need torethink their approach.

Paul, the "manager", is absolutely one of the most arrogant, rude, condescending pile of human garbage that I have ever had to deal with.I went there later on in the afternoon the lights were on/door open. I was looking through the vinyl records and he came back yelling "HOW DOD YOU GET IN HERE?" I told him I walked right in and he asked me if I was stupid and how I couldnt see the place was closed. Now I just steal anything I want.

The prices are kind of insane for things donated for free... employees are always nice but the pricing needs humbled. Also its odd over 80% of the larger household items aren't for sale? There is so many awesome 'displays' that aren't for sale? What good are they just on display when a family in need could really use that dresser or dinner table?..... I'll still continue to donate here, and even shop every now and then just someone needs to fix these issues please. it's talked about a lot and agreed upon in our local community here in watertown that these problems need some attention...

Rude!!!I don't usually say this about people but the guy in back that messes with electronics is a liar I ask to plug this printer in to see if it works and he says no it works because there a printed page taped to it...I get it home plug it put paper in it it won't do anything!!Oh also that guy's body odor was horrible..like c'mon and lady in front at register literally stood there with 2 different people chatting it up when clearly I was just trying to pay for my things and leave.
