The storage units are reasonably priced. The building is clean, but the bathroom could use some attention.

The facility is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and there to help. I was able to access my unit easily at any time of day or night, and I always felt confident and safe in the facility.

The guy who runs the desk is a stand up kind of guy and helpful! Treats everyone with respect. I look forward to seeing him when I'm there!

I am extremely impressed with the gentleman that helped me at the office today, he took the time to show me the storage unit I initially held for use and found a better one for my needs when realizing it was too small for what I intend to store. He was extremely courteous, professional and a joy to work with. Thank you for the help.

Nice and secure storage units. Reason for 4 stars is the payment kiosks at the storage units seem to be out of service more than in service. Also my rent kept getting raised every few months for awhile.

Person that works there is very nice, This person has helped me out in alot of ways, I would not go and store my things anywhere else but there cause of the service they have provided, He has gone out of his way to make sure that it was clean,safe,and perfect for me,The man is that works there is very caring, and helpful.

Rented from the Watertown location for just under a year and a half. Never tried to up my rent, my unit was never messed with and the one time there was a leak from an exterior door during heavy rains, they called me right away to let me know my unit might have been affected and that I should go check on the condition of my stuff. I would definitely rent from them in the future if the need arose.
