They have more inventory than Bad Dog Frida in Madison (my other favorite) and the staff is super helpful.The frozen marrow bones in the back freezer are the best. The same thing will cost you $20 at Bad Dog Frida, but at Pidder Patter they are around $5. They also have lots of toys, food, and treats.

The chillers are almost like a coffee milkshake; they are creamy and delicious. I always recommend the chillers! This time I ordered a caramel beze chiller without whipped cream. My family also got caramel beze chillers, it's a hit in our household! They use colectivo coffee which is always a local favorite. The service is always great and the staff consistently welcoming and ready to make your drink! The service is timely and this was my first time going through the drive-thru everything went smoothly. The inside is cozy and has seating.

Within two min, we had drinks in our hands. Excellent service. They have a great process for the Bloody's. Very tasty too. Great prices. We will definitely be back.

418 Water Tower Ct #3565, WatertownI gave 5 stars ONLY because until recently they were my go to if I had an animal pass away they took top knotch care of us. This past time...it was a Monday. The website was horrid to navigate. I would've assumed they'd be an after hours line for such incidents and nothing.
Then I went to the new location try to adopt only to be told they have nothing. Everyone was just kind of having their own conversations and not helping at all. I was so disappointed. I brought my dog to Washington County humane society and they were awesome. Gave me paw prints they came in a shadow box and everything.
