Amazing customer service. They carry all the brand names. Often forgot to go here but will deft frequent more often. Great sales going on too! Stop in your work be disappointed. They can even order in specific sizing if you need it. Helpful and wonderful small business. Location is larger than expected and carried way more items than I thought. Ended up getting shoes for myself, my son and my daughter. If you’re in the area, stopping periodically as they have sales, not sure how well they advertise, but found some great shoes for over 50% off!

I bought a pair of work boots and wore them around the house and went to take them back 3 days later and would only in-store refund only. The receipt said 10 day money back or 30 day to exchange. And said they can't give me the money and are now stuck with a in-store credit of over 326.88

I've bought "trail" shoes, hikers, and slippers from here and have no desire to buy elsewhere. The selection AND the customer service is beyond excellent.I recently had a strap break on my hiking boots. I bought them almost a year ago and only got 5 hikes out of them. I went in only hoping they'd help me out with a warranty claim to Keen, but they said they would exchange them for me through Keen. That level of service is hard to beat and is GREATLY appreciated.

I've been going there for many years. Quality shoes and service. Sometimes I score on a sale pair, but other times I don't mind paying full price for something that feels comfy. If they don't have the right size, they make every effort to get it.
