My family and I have done business with this bank (as BMO and before) for over 50 years. For most of this time, we have found the service to be prompt, reliable, and helpful. Unfortunatly, recent service has deteriorated drastically, and we are currently seeking a different institution for our banking needs.

Worst bank we have ever dealt with! Never do business with them, go to any of the others in Watertown, they will treat you much better and like a real customer. They run in circles and won't answer your questions and with our attorney as well. Run far away from this bank in Watertown! Horrible customer service!

Got helped by a banker named Chris. He was friendly and on point. Loved the service. The branch has tremendously improved their service from previous experiences and i appreciate that a lot.

Do not bank here. The drive thru ATM took a $650.00 check for deposit and didn't record it. I took it up with the bank and they investigated it and denied the claim, but wouldn't show the video from when the transaction occurred.

Not necessarily this bank in general, but the customer service line that works for the company is incredibly rude and disrespectful. The lady who I spoke to yelled at me because I couldn't find the account number, she then told me I could use my social security number and then once again yelled at me because she "needs" the account number after she told me I could use my social security number. Thankfully my loan is up in February because the people are very rude, I have never missed a payment and have always been on time. They call you days before it's due yelling at you to pay your bill when it's not due for another week. Highly dont reccomend a place like this to go through for a loan. Better off going through black hawk credit union very nice people. So I'm going to send my payment in instead of talking to them. Very very rude customer service team.

I do not bank at BMO Harris, and thus, I have to pay the ATM fee, which at this ATM is an absurd $5 fee.
The highest fee I have ever seen for an ATM before trying to use that one was $4.50 when I needed cash and could only find an ATM at a strip club... When a bank's fee is higher than a strip club, there's a problem.
