Honestly I have only gone in this bank one time and that WILL be my last. I politely asked for a roll of quarters with my twenty dollar bill in hand. Apparently, they require you to be an account holder to trade currency for a roll of quarters. This was no big deal to me…. it was the absolutely terrible attitude I received from the teller who informed me of this.
Rude was an understatement.
Nope! Onto the next. Money is money someone will take it. I just drove out of my way to my own bank. ??♀️
(In my own opinion ) what a stupid rule for a bank to have its bound to discourage future customers who may or may not want to bank at this branch.

There is a cashier who speaks Spanish, she has a bad temper, she is always in a bad mood, terrible service from that chapra

The many quite lovely ladies who work at this location are delightful. Truly the best service I have ever received at an Associated Bank. The ATM is really convenient too because it now accepts deposits.
