great locally owned family buisness. i am handicapped for the time being and on crutches. since there are no baskest in most convienent store, the attendant here was more that happy to assist me in my shopping and carry my grocery items to the counter. After checking out and bagging my items they volenteered to carry them out to the car for me. This is the kind of small town service we appreciate in waterford and surrounding areas.

I usually like to patronize local businesses, but in this case I'm left to wonder if my business is valued. I purchased gas and then paid $10 to get a car wash that was absolutely HORRIBLE! Upon arrival at home, I could not believe how much dirt was still on my car's surface! I called the BP and they took my name and assured me that a manager would contact me. A week later, I'm still waiting... I don't feel valued as a customer. Poor car wash and worse, poor careless management. -Former customer

Omg what a disgrace of a bathroom! Seriously disgusting! Not only did it wreak of filth it's overall appearance would lead me to believe that it has never been properly cleaned... ever! My eyes are actually watering and the door was propped open with the caution slippery sign... I assume slippery with urine.

This is the service i had to deal with at the BP in Wayerford Wisconsin at about 5:30 8/28. I selected pay inside - Now I understand it takes a moment for the guy to authorize. I stood out there for over 10 minures and I could see people waiting at the counter. I decide to go in and pre pay. Still a line, no one behind the counter. Get a soda at McDonald's. Get to the counter and still no one there, however, line is gone so he must have been there. Go stand in tge doo

Dont waste your time or money or you might not have any oil in your car by the time you get home, they strppied my oil plug and all mynoil leaked out , just glad i caught it when i got home, this place should be shut down, very rude person worked on my car ,

I stopped in today to get an oil change. This was my first time there and I had questions about the price since it was more expensive for synthetic oil than I remember paying in the past at other places. I asked a few questions to understand what they offered and asked if they had coupons online or occasionally posted in the paper. I was treated very rudely so I left to go somewhere else to get my oil changed. Lynch charges 34.99 for the same service that this place charges 53.99.
