Waterford Automotive is the only place I ever take my car - whether it’s for routine maintenance or bigger, unexpected problems. Being a younger single woman, it can be so scary taking your car anywhere. I’ve heard such horror stories of people getting taken advantage of and up-charged, but everyone here (the mechanics and office managers) are always honest, respectful, and extremely friendly. I really appreciate the integrity here and they always take great care of my car. It’s so nice having a mechanic I can trust. Thank you!

On very short notice and almost closed on a Saturday the guys here helped me fix a tire with a nail in it and all I can say is it was great service and a quality repair! Thanks Guys! Most shops would have said come back next week but they went above and beyond to help out. Bravo!

Had a fantastic experience with Jim at Waterford Automotive. Had my exhaust manifold replaced and they were very accommodating with my schedule and did a great job communicating with me. I ended up needing to go back to tighten a wheel well liner that was not their fault and they took care of me with no issue. Would definitely recommend them and they are now my local mechanic of choice.

Such great service. I called with a disabled vehicle needing to towed in and they were so responsive, and got to the car immediately after being dropped off. Great communication, and very honest, reasonable pricing. Thank you guys!

Waterford automotive is great. First experience, they were able to get me in and fix my truck in the same day. They also were able to source the part needed at a lower price than I could find. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future automotive repairs.
