This establishment sells your basic convenience store food and household supplies and also doubles as a liquor store. For a side business, they also rent U-Haul's. From looking at the stock and organization of the store, it seems to be exceptional, but to be perfectly fair, I'm only critiquing the U-Haul rental side of this establishment. I reserved a 10 foot U-Haul truck one week prior, and picked my vehicle up on Saturday. It took a while for the staff member to look up my reservation, then he proceeded to tell me I needed to go to the back of the building, go to the rental box, and enter a code to pick up my keys. Basically, this is self-service. The gauges for the fuel were full and the truck was clean, and seemed to be in good shape. When I was finished, I refueled, and returned the vehicle to the U-Haul parking lot. He took the keys and said you will be getting a receipt emailed to you. When I got my bill, I noticed that there was an overcharge of $30. The store clerk would not speak to me about the bill, and told me to call corporate. I did leave a complaint at corporate, so I'm waiting to hear the results. I don't like their procedures, and I also don't like these (franchise) U-Haul dealerships! It's an extra "side job" that they can make money on, and I don't believe they care one way or the other about the customer. Next time I move, I will not be using U-Haul.

The new owner is a really good guy. Genuinely providing good service and keeps his store clean, together, with great product and best of all great to talk to. I really enjoy stopping in there. Hope he'll be there for a while!

This place is overpriced and poorly ran. Went in to pick up some High Noon, price on cooler door was $13.99 for a 4-pack, they also have a High Noon cooler by register that has a price of $11.99 on same 4-pack. Asked clerk why there prices are so high, same 4-pack at Otto's is $8.88 all day, clerk gave the scripted "prices just went up yesterday" reply. Didn't want to drive anywhere else tonight so took up to register, it came up $13.99 on there register, asked about the $11.99 on High Noon cooler, clerk said they haven't gotten around to changing the price in cooler, charged me $13.99. Wouldn't you think it would be a priority to change shelf price tags before changing it in register, common sense! Or if someone calls you out on it, honor the price. Miller lite 30 pack here is also $23.49, drive 6 blocks to Pick N Save and pay $19.49. This store should be avoided, Waterford Liquor on Main Street in Waterford is also is owned by same owner. Sorry about the rant, but this has happened on numerous occasions, not anymore for me.

Sunny is the best. He will get any liquor/beer you request. They will hold bottles and always offer great prices!
