I'd rather go to a local place and have an enjoyable experience, than a corporate owned, that does a terribly inconsistent job.

I dropped my daughter off to get her hair, highlighted and this place proceeded to still bleach my daughters hair after recognizing that her hair was falling out without contacting me and my daughter is only 14 . My daughter did lose half of her hair with breakage and hair loss. When I filed a dispute, they proceeded to call my daughter and discuss the dispute with her and drill her for answers. This is unacceptable behavior for business!!!Service: Hair coloring
