Called about 4pm on 5-1-24 and spoke with someone in the service department. I told him that I was having some trouble with an Isuzu and asked if he could tell me what the two codes were and that I could not get it to regen. He immediately gave me some line about having to bring it in and that it had to be put on their scanner. I tried to tell him that I just needed someone to tell me what the codes were. I explained to him that I buy parts from Lynch and I have also bought vehicles from there other dealerships. Than I asked him when they would have time to look at it, this was on a Wednesday he told me that they could not look at it until Thursday of the next week. I am in the service business myself and if I told a customer that, they would look elsewhere. So I guess I will call Badger Truck Center maybe they are willing to work with customers. Don’t waste your time on Lynch they must have enough customers already or just don’t care!

Brought truck in to get looked at. After basically 3 days I called for a report and they said they haven’t had a chance yet to look at it. Less than 3 hours later I get a call that it’s fine and they see nothing wrong! I mentioned that it pours white smoke out and are they sure!? They said they can look at it again on Monday and called back on Tuesday and said that it would need 1700.00 dollars of repairs! Little things like belt and spark plugs. Nothing to do with the white smoke from the exhaust. Don’t know how they went from zero issues to 1700 dollars worth but the bill was 600 plus dollars from them looking at it. I mentioned that I didn’t mind paying something but not both times cause the first time was rushed and said nothing was wrong.. all said and done I still have a truck that’s not 100 percent. Friend said to not use them and I should have listened.

My company just bought our 6th tow truck from Lynch working with Rob was absolutely amazing and so easy. They are always available when we need anything. It While we are upstate NY and while it took us 2 days to drive back we made it and while we were just there we decided to buy 2 more from Rob at Lynch. So we will be back in Sept/October to do it again just because the experience and the family feeling we have with them.

Took vehicle in for an engine noise…they couldn’t find or hear it. I stated it was quite an obvious noise. They said it may be a flapper on the grill, but still couldn’t hear it… so I picked it up and the noise was still there, just as loud, so not sure if it was looked at. I got about 10 miles down the road when driving home and the engine blew. Still under warranty, so GMC had it towed to another dealer and new engine was put in. Told the service writer at Lynch about it when they called with a billing question and I never heard back from anyone. I do like the sales department, but service was lacking in both communication and diagnosis.

Excellent customer service from the purchase of my commercial box truck from Pete, to the service I received when I brought it in last week for service. Chase was professional, thorough and made sure the work was completed on time. Stephanie was always pleasant and helpful. Best pace to buy your truck or to bring it in for service, they will take care of you.

Don’t let the commercials fool you. Lynch does not stand behind the products they sell nor take responsibility for defective products. I purchased a new 2022 3500 that burns so much oil it’s not safe to drive. I brought the truck in twice for repairs and nothing was done. Instead of fixing the problem they gave me some BS paperwork to record the oil consumption. This is not my problem nor my responsibility to be GMs RnD department. As a business owner I have enough things to take care of. Brand new 6.6 gas burns 1 quart of oil per 1000 miles. Consumers BEWARE!!!
