I have worked with Crescendo Graphics on 2 different projects that I was helping with at my son’s school, along with our church. They were super helpful, and had some great ideas and suggestions for us too. Most importantly, the finished product was great!!

They created a 6’x3’ outdoor banner from a photo for a military reunion. They worked extra hard to touch-up the final product. Not only did it look fantastic and was a highlight of the reunion but it was also delivered quickly and for a very fair price.

I'm deaf so I have to use a video relay service to call places. I called Crescendo to inquire about turnaround times on some products and all I got from Steve was "I don't want to have this conversation" and he hung up on me. All I did was introduce myself and asked one question and got shut off. I also continued to send an email to explain why I had to use this phone service thinking he just thought it was a spam call - i have yet to hear back from him. I am very very disappointed because I was looking to support a local business and this company obviously does not care to support or answer client questions. if I could give ZERO stars I would. I am part of a nonprofit organization which would have gave this company so much work and it's extremely disappointing to say the least....Edit: in response to the owner response....you guys picked up the phone, you wouldn't have picked up if it was identified as spam. the phone relay system is not a spam number and will not show as so. I talked to a real person who was incredibly rude.

The company I work for has been a customer of Crescendo for years prior to me coming on board. I personally have worked (as a customer) with Crescendo for over 6 years. There is a personable quality to every facet of their service. New designs are handled with care from start to finish, it is not so much of a “walking you through the process”, it is more of a “walking with you through the process”. We order quite a few different products and are very pleased with the customer care, quality, and pricing they Crescendo offers.

There is a lot of personal pride that goes into the work done by Crescendo Graphics. I highly recommend.
