Next exit gas was cheaper. And the beverages selection was lame. No unsweetened tea and no favored waters. Bathroom was dirty and one sinks was broken and only one of three paper towels dispenser had towels.

This is a great place, everyone does everything they can to make sure that every customer has a great experience there, yes they put in new gas pumps recently, they are still working through some bugs in the system, report any issues to the manager and they will try to get it resolved as quickly as they can. They don’t have much to choose from food wise due to the fact there is a McDonald’s in the same building, and have a contract with them about what food they are and are not able to sell.

Great small hometown feel and a wonderful, convenient place to stop and get all the necessities you need on the run! Kind employees, kind owners who are very community involved and make Waterford proud! Nothing like family owned as I will always hold this place near and dear in my heart!

They got new gas pumps and now my debit card won't work at the pumps. It says see cashier every time. I've tried 3 different pumps. I'll use the card inside, so my card works. Super irritating. Won't go to that gas station if i have to go inside every time

Super slow gas pumps and no window washing squeegees outside. I'm sitting at the pump right now and it's been almost 10 minutes to fill up the tank. WTH....

This is the service i had to deal with at the BP in Waterford Wisconsin at about 5:30 8/28. I selected pay inside - Now I understand it takes a moment for the guy to authorize. I stood out there for over 10 minutes and I could see people waiting at the counter. I decide to go in and pre pay. Still a line, no one behind the counter. Get a soda at McDonald's. Get to the counter and still no one there, however, line is gone so he must have been there at some point. Go stand in the doorway because he is outside smoking with his friends. Ask for $10 on pump. Pump turns off at 10.77, have to go back in and wait in line - say something and he tells me "not to worry about the dollar" Im irritated, but I say I dont want to keep it - flip the dollar down and leave. Now since my back is turned walking to my car, I dont see "Nathan" come all the way out of your gas station to flip me off, but my kid did. Im so disappointed with the service I received and so disapoointed that you find this acceptable behavior.
