I was in a car accident and called State Farm the same day. They helped me get in touch with the claims department and get my vehicle to the auto body shop ASAP. The communication and status updates from State Farm on my claim was seamless!

I’ve had insurance through Bill Czaja for years, because he was my local insurance agent at one time. Over the years his office has covered everything from cars, toys, home…and there’s always been a personal touch to every interaction with Bill and his amazing office team. Just started a new chapter in my life, which means renting and moving, so of course my car decides to die on me…on moving day-which is 3pm on the Saturday before Memorial Day. Roadside assistance had my car towed within 30 minutes of my claim, my car was taken to a service station, and I had it back on Memorial Day. I really couldn’t ask for better service, or follow up!

I had to put in 2 claims on my insurance and had no idea how long it would take or what the process was. One phone call put everything in motion and the customer service was outstanding. I feel like State Farm made the situation that could have been stressful and dragged out so easy! Just like their tag line State Farm is there!

If you’re looking for over priced insurance with extremely poor service and support, you’ve found the right place. Go somewhere, anywhere else if you want people to actually answer the phone, return phone calls, or provide quality policies at a reasonable price.
