“Eric is outstanding. My bike tyre exploded… Eric tried to help obtain a new inner tube or repair the massive puncture…. When it was clear he could not he put the bike on the cherry train so I could get back to the ferry. He was kind, empathetic, and very helpful. Great service fron Eric and his team…. They really cared.”
