Every time I go in here I am treated respectfully and they help me find what I’m looking for - either in shop or telling me how to find it somewhere else. I was also really glad to see that they make keys, since we really needed a car duplicate - Greg was awesome today! Highly recommend.

I'm a tourist in Washburn, WI but I've appreciated their presence at the Superior Vistas Bike Tour for both years we have attended the bike ride. They are awesome support (not only with bike help but with their own iced mocha coffee). This year we were able to finish the ride and be able to shop before they closed! Thank you Washburn Hardware from this e-bike enthusiast!
