Well Midland.....you lost us as a propane customer a couple years ago due to poor customer service and today you lost our gas and feed business at your Hurley store....we have been customers for years, but today that ends. I know good employees are hard to come by, but don’t hang on to those chasing customers away because you can’t find a replacement.....

Local "Cash for Kids" program is AWESOME. Provides local area school districts with extra money to assist with after school programs, uniforms, band instruments, fan buses to playoff games, and many other needs. Way to go Midland Services patrons. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with person that came into my home to inspect as we are becoming new customers only due to employer's group discount, is/was pathetic! Midland's rep refused to give me his name when I asked for it repeatedly, only to respond by asking for mine, like a grade school kid, even raised his voice at me! Mind you, he also refused to acknowledged me as he came into my home, VERY poor customer service!! Yes, he was originally dealing with my other half, however, I'm not invisible as he walked right in. This Midland rep could not get outta my house fast enough!!

Excellent stop for gas and other miscellaneous items. Video rental, organic foods, local foods, craft beer selection and a wonderful staff!

My son is mentally disabled; he wrote a check here ($ 20.oo); which tells me good things. He provided ID and everything. idk what what went wrong, but i received a phone call from the owner "TOM" He said that my son appeared nervous so he called the banK (20.oo) and someone there told him that the account was "NOT VALID" Long story short; misunderstanding...,,. Within an hour Tom had called me and said he had an appt with the DA for this sin; "noone gets by TOM!!!!!' Tom' I haven't spent $ in your place for at least 10 years..... IT WAS and IS an oversite; not everyone is out to GET YOU; maybe your are the one who needs help....

What a great little gas station! Really though, they have everything for being such a small location.. Anything from gas to movies... but no car wash.. OK, I guess they don't have EVERYTHING, but I still choose this gas station over Holiday or the IGA in Washburn!
