Are they open or closed? Needed a place to stay in mid October. No where on the website does it give the season dates. If they are closed for the season, you’d think it would say so on their website. So I tried calling only to be put on an endless hold. You’d think the opening message would tell you if they are closed, but nothing. So we drove into the driveway. No sign saying they were closed but there’s no one in the booth. Waited a bit then had to back out. Still don’t know for sure if they were open or closed. Hey Jellystone, of your closed, please let people know.

The cabin sleeps 8 people but didn't have a single closet in it. Not good when you're staying multiple days. After having completed my stay here, I will say that we won't be returning. Jellystone does not care about your comfort, only how many people can they cram into a building. It was very uncomfortable and very hot. The window air conditioners could not keep the building cool. Additionally, the cabin didn't have an oven which we needed to cook some of the food that we brought. We stayed at the Three Bears last year and will be going back there next year.
Rooms: No closets to hang your clothing.

We rented a full hookup suite for our RV. Nice and level concrete pad, easy in and out. Great water pressure. Unfortunately the Waterpark was closed after Labor Day.
We did attend the Cranberry Festival which was more of a monster flea market than a festival.
Friendly staff and quick check in.
Would like to visit again during the summer.

Our group has been coming here for 20 years. We book faithfully every year for Cranfest. This year we decided to do something new and bring a camper instead of renting a cabin. When we booked over 11 months ago, they asked us how many people were coming and we said 4. A month ago, we called to change the original reservation to 3 people. The woman on the phone said in order to get a refund for the 4th person we needed to stop in the office upon our arrival. When we arrived on Friday, we checked in and the reservation was listed for 3. We received 3 wrist bands along with the rest of the check-in materials. We went to the office today to get the credit card refunded for the 4th person and we were told there were no refunds on the wristbands and we were charged the original price. For the amount of money we are paying to stay here, not using any of amenities and getting shorted one "wristband," we won't be coming back. Additionally, this is the only campground we have ever been to, where we ever had to pay an extra fee to "lock in our site." When a person makes a reservation, the site should automatically be locked in, and without an extra fee. If you decide to come here, please think twice!!! There is a really nice campground (McMullen Memorial County Park) only 3.3 miles away. It is very wooded, quiet, and cozy. And not to mention, a third of the cost......only $35 per night?!?!? WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO JELLYSTONE and we plan to take the other 5 groups of ladies with us!! BUH BYE JELLYSTONE! PEACE OUT.

we camp here on 1st week of September for the first time and we loved it even though some stuff are closed but theres still 2 swimming pools and the beach open. We found our next destination next summer. Deffinitely coming back and its one of the best so far we have ever camp. You really have to come and see it yourself. bathrooms are clean, big swimming pool, camp sites, nuce cabins and much more.

Overpriced overpriced overpriced. Bathrooms were pretty gross. Water park area was fine for the kiddos. For this price, I think I’ll go to Florida instead.

Our family has gone every year for the last 6 years. We love it. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. Our kids are busy from sun up doing the pledge with the characters' water fun all day long and passing out after dancing to some music and so much in between!
The people who complain about dirty bathrooms have not camped anywhere else. The facilities are better than most we camp at and the staff is always busy cleaning the park.

I can't decide if I like this place or not. Pros: a LOT of activities and things to do. A weekend trip is simply not enough time to enjoy all there is to offer. Would be great for older kiddos/teens. My 1.5 year old loved the kiddie pools, but that was about it for her and that age range. There were some slides and such she could go on, so that was nice. They also had a playset inside the water at the pond/beach...brilliant! The pond and the pools were nicely maintained and in good working condition. Sites were flat and big, perfect for our 33' travel trailer.
CONS: paying extra to "lock in" your site... what a scam. With check in at 4pm and check out is at 11am, like I mentioned earlier, a simple weekend get away just isn't enough time to get your moneys worth from all the activities. There is no/very little cell service (Verizon) and the on-site internet does not work at all. Jellystone is right off I-94 and easy to locate. Perhaps my biggest gripe is how loud and busy this place is! We were camped at sites 039 and 040, which was great because of how close it was to the pools/pond, but that also made for a LOT of traffic and noise. Noise from kids riding electric scooters, CONSTANT traffic from golf carts, etc. etc. made for a not-so-peaceful bedtime/naps for us and my daughter. Things didn't quiet down until 9-10pm, so if you're looking for a relaxing and laid back camping experience, is is not your place. If you're looking for more of a party with a side of camping, this is it!

It’s been 23 years since I came to Jellystone as a kid, I was excited to bring my own children and hopefully re-create the tradition I had coming here as a family every summer. Overall I am disappointed to say I will not be coming back. I paid over $630 to rent a “rv” site with water and electric. Check in Friday, Check Out Monday. I have a 16ft ice castle and I feel like I’m cramped for room and for that price I expected a concrete slab to lower our camper on. There was no picnic table. The laws on the golf carts are ridiculously strict and even at 10am the workers will follow you back to your campsite so you can verify you have a valid ID. Other members of my group paid the extra money to rent three cabins and all three had issues, besides the basics of being dirty and dusty and obviously not cleaned well to faulty air conditioners, front doors that won’t lock, and no toilet paper. A $300/night airbnb or hotel sure sounds a lot better than the $300 for these cabins.
The resort its self is neglected, with the paint on everything being dull and many of the signs missing letters, etc.
I tried really hard to like this place as it always held a place in my heart but now coming here as an adult I can see whoever is profiting off this resort is squeezing every last dime. Next summer my family will be staying elsewhere and now creating a new tradition. I do hope the owner of this steps up and quits ruining all the possible memories there are to be made.

We have been coming to Jellystone for years each summer. This years experience was horrible. Started that when we checked in they didn’t have the golf carts we reserved and paid for. With a camper that is handicap this was unacceptable. The staff was rude, didn’t know what they were doing, uneducated on how to run a business. The following day we rented a cabana and got there and it was occupied. When we went to the front office they said we didn’t have one even though we confirmed it. Our entire stay was bad this year. We won’t be traveling back and we will also be sure to let others know about it as well.
