Unfortunately this place has really gone down hill. I live in the area and it used to be clean with working machines. There have been times where machines were down but not like this. The large machines had duct tape across 3 of them, the door off another. Down another row of washing machines was standing water on the floor. There was a sign on the exterior door warning sometime the floor is wet from people using machines and to be careful but this was clearly an issue of a dysfunctional machine. All of the coin machines were out of money. There is very little care put into the appearance or the mechanics of the facility. I have never been there when a person is available for any assistance and I have had occasions of losing money, calling the posted number and never getting a return call. On the search for a better facility in the area.

currently on 6/16/24, this place is not the go to to do your laundry,place is dirty, machines aren't kept up in maintenance. Number 41 or 42 has a broken door latch! I had a E DL code on 2 washing machines only after I paid and check that nothing was jamming the door. You're lucky to show up if the 2 large machines are available the others are out of order and/or will eat your quarters, use this place for their dryers- as if they even dry clothes well. This new owner shouldn't own a laundromat, the place is poorly run and that sunny suds sign should be removed because the now owner shouldn't be in business. Take your business elsewhere but here. (try elkorn instead)

The owner of this dump should be ashamed. It's filthy. Trash all over the floor. Detergent machine didn't work. No TP in the bathroom, and the liquid soap dispenser was filled with just water. I will NEVER, EVER return. I'd rather travel to a different laundromat, even if it costs more for gas. Disgusting!

Cash only. Dirty machines- inside & out!. Lost money because some aren’t working, which I found out after money was loaded. Clothes not even clean.
Find another laundromat!

Only 1 out of 5 big load machines was working . I lost $7.00 dollars in a machine and called the posted number and waited 2 hours before the attendant showed . This punk gave me my money and told to never come back and would not let dry my clothes. What a miss run dump .

This is my first and last time here. This place is disgusting. Trash all over the floors, I think there are at least 10 washers out of order. Almost all washers have filthy laundry detergent trays and more than half are filled with water. I don’t know how any owner is ok with the condition of this place cuz I’d definitely be embarrassed.

It's frustrating. Time and time again, you get inconvenienced by the local laundrymat. We depend on this laundrymat because it's the only one in town. Broken down washers machines that don't throughly rise out the softener/detergent. Or just take your money machines. Dryers are fantastic. Once a week, the user. The place still looks nice.

Machines out of order. I came in off hours to wash bulk items and 400 percent of Machines are out of order.

I put money into a broken washer, asked for a refund, and the manager accused me of breaking the machine. The manager was incredibly rude as well. Would highly discourage anyone from going here.

Do NOT bother calling the number they have up if you have an issue! (708) 417 7349. They will not return your money if the machine got messed up and ate your coins. They will just disrespect you and blame it on you!

Everytime you go to this place the machines are broken but yet he keeps saying he's going to fix the machines and nothing and there should be a sign up there stating if you leave it closed and unintended people have the right to take him out of the machine is very disrespectful for others

It's been a few years since I've had to use this laundry mat and WOW was I surprised!The remodeling job is very welcoming and so nice to see. All the new washing machines and dryers were so nice to use. I had a mixture of things to wash from comforters to delicates and they all washed and dried up so nicely, I will be coming back now that I've seen these amazing changes!
