Wanted to leave 5 star review they looked at my car for only 15 mins and said my air needed to be recharged and the person I had do it previously overcharged it. They didn’t look over anything else and it worked for two days. Now I have to wait another week for them to look at it again and see what’s really wrong I knew something else was wrong with my air In my car. Paid them $122 for nothing. Car is blowing burning hot air now even worse than it was before. I’m a single mom of two it’s August and over 90 degrees daily. I really hope next time they don’t rush and actually check what’s all could be the problem. I also live almost an hour away. Was recommended. Will update review if air gets fixed next week like promised and hopefully at a reasonable price.

TRANSMISSION REBUILD - I would start out by saying I think Patrick is a decent guy and repairs they do in house are probably done correctly. Transmissions are sent out to another shop to be done, probably no point in taking your vehicle here for that repair other than the convenience of being local. My transmission failed twice after being repaired, stranding us on major highways each time. Each time it happened with less than 60 miles on the rebuilt transmission. In total my truck was unavailable for a little under a month. Patrick did supply a loaner car during this time. Not an ideal vehicle, but at least it was transportation. Again, for in house repairs they are probably a solid choice.

From the friendly voice that answers the phone to booking a quick appointment, customer service is always a priority at O'Neillz Automotive. When I asked about some extensive exhaust repairs, Pat told me he could absolutely do the job, but I could get it done for 1/3 of what he would have to charge me if I went to a shop that specializes in mufflers. He then referred me to shop that did an excellent job at a great price. Hard not to trust a business that thinks about my wallet first! Thank you for the work you did and for the referral.
