1. Megan was very rude. 2. Took a week to get an estimate 3. Estimate was insanely overpriced. Would not recommend this shop.

Nice people, but guessed wrong on diagnosing a timing problem on my 2017 Audi. Charged me $3,300 to replace my oil separator, then told me that they didn't have the tools to repair a timing issue, and that I needed to take my car to an Audi dealer for repair. Paid a large bill, left with my car's problem unrepaired. Disappointing.

I had my Audi repaired for a coolant leak at the water pump. They got the parts in fast and fixed my car fast as well, timing belt was also replaced. Really nice people, I have no issues with my vehicle, really recommend this place.

Charged $110 diagnostic fee when I told them what the problem was and another $300 to instal a rear sensor arm. Most places waive the diagnostic fee if they perform the repair. This place is as expensive as a Mercedes dealershipService: General repairs & maintenance
