Very rude older lady. The other workers are nice, but the older lady has a disrespectful tone towards customers for no reason whatsoever. Wouldn’t recommend this place or dropping off a package.

This pharmacy has always been extremely friendly and accurate with all of my prescriptions. Places like this often go unrecognized and I'm sure they deal with a lot unfriendly customers on the daily. A+ Place in the area.

I tested positive for covid New Year's Eve Day. After spending the day trying to get a script for Paxlovid, it was coming down to the wire before the pharmacy was closing for the holiday. I called a couple of hours before close to check on things, so the woman who answered the phone knew I was waiting for a script (not sure if it was the pharmacist or a technician). It was about 30 minutes before close and I was afraid I was going to miss my window. To my surprise, she called me to tell me the script came in and she was getting it ready for me before they closed. :) Thank you! Your small gesture may mean that my parents, who I'm staying with while in town, won't get covid too! Happy New Year. :)My only complaint is that they don't have good signage for their drive through. After looking for it, I assumed they didn't have one, so went inside. I was double-masked, but would have rather not have gone in.

For a drug store they seem to have anything you need medication wise plus quite a bit more, food, cosmetics, cards, toys, books and magazines.

My prescriptions have been shorted for the last two months. When I brought this to the attention of the pharmacist, I was verbally assaulted and was told if I want to hold for a long time that she would try to explain it to me. She then said that she cannot just hand out medication (in the quantities that I was prescribed). Given I need this prescription to maintain a healthy life, this has caused me stress and anxiety like none other. This whole scenario sounds very fishy to me. Are the pharmacists shorting my meds on purpose? Stay away!!!

The staff this weekend, 10/22/2022, this weekend was phenomenal. I brought my special needs daughter in for a required vax. There was a glitch in the system and the staff put their heads down and did the work to fix it! Very compassionate, good people!

Walmart in Wales,WI - employees were super friendly! Pharmacy- got vaccine & the woman pharmacist was so nice & friendly. While this is all added work for them, and doing it, with a smile & super friendly.

Woman on the phone was patronizing and rude. Maybe don’t hold a prescription order for three days and then immediately fix it after saying you can’t fix it.

We had to get COVID tests for travel. The entire process took 5 minutes or less, even including the drive-up person giving me a hard time (all in good fun!). Less than 4 hours later we got our results and cleared to go on our trip.
