The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable and at ease. You can tell they are all committed to the care of your pet and truly love animals by the way they treat your pet. They are pretty amazing with the hoomans as well!

There was some miscommunication about an appointment being moved but when I arrived they were willing to take me & my little sick boy in. Long story short, the vet was AWESOME. My little guy is on the road to mending and the vet did went above & beyond to really review the history and tests to dig down to what was truly going on and apply the best treatment.
I am so happy to have found this vet after living in a whole different county for over 20 years, I truly feel at home with Wales Animal Clinic, a piece of mind for my animal family.

Complete lack of empathy, patience and concern from staff when calling to make an appointment and ask for guidance on what has turned out to be a serious issue for my dog. I was bounced around between three people, spoken to as if I was causing them a problem, and was completely disregarded with my questions and concerns. Gladly took my service elsewhere promptly today and will not be returning here.
