It's a greater distance to drive, but I conduct my business here rather than the PO in Waukesha due to its rude staff and poor customer service.The staff at Wales is professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Simply a pleasure to do business at that location!

Our clerk at the post office is a treasure! She's quick, knows her stuff, and so pleasant and helpful. We're so fortunate to have someone like her at our little village post office.

The only post office I'll go to. I will drive out of my way and hold off using the post office to make my visits at Wales. Always greeted with a smile, hello and welcoming face (or 2)I've never had a lesson in the proper way to seal, post or use the mail service as I do in my zip code (53118)

Small post office hidden away and never overtly busy. I choose to go here when I'm tired of dealing with the Waukesha part office. Very friendly staff.
