It's a greater distance to drive, but I conduct my business here rather than the PO in Waukesha due to its rude staff and poor customer service.The staff at Wales is professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Simply a pleasure to do business at that location!

I've been a regular now for a couple of months, and these are the nicest people to work with. Always a smile, always incredibly helpful, and they have personality. I actually look forward to my visits there.
