“Hartland Quik Lube has phenomenal team members! They are highly professional, helpful, efficient, communicative, and responsive! Their assistance and expertise goes above-and- beyond!We were out and about and noticed we had an extremely low tire. We filled it up with air at a gas station; then went to Quik Lube regardless because we had plans to get an oil change that day. We mentioned to them that we may have a slow leak in our tire. Our team member quickly found a screw in the tire that was causing the leak. He said it would only be $12 to patch it (for the lifetime of the tire) and our tire was quickly fixed, along with an oil change! Thank you, Hartland Quik Lube! See ya again in 10,000 miles! :-)”

Had one fuel injector replaced , O2 sensor diagnosed and replaced and burned out catalytic converter replaced. I've also come here for emissions testing. Always prompt, explaining things and once they had issues getting the catalytic in and called to let me know when to expect it. Always friendly and courteous. The shop is always clean and organized and the waiting area clean. I'm the type that will do a lot of my own services on my cars but some things I just don't want to do and it's nice to have a place like this that you can trust.”

“I was leaving Oconomowoc to go to Madison when my 'low tire pressure' light came on. I confess that I'm not sure how to check tire pressure. I saw the Valvoline building on Summit Avenue and pulled in. Though they wouldn't officially open for another 25 minutes, a kind man helped me, going out into bone chilling cold to do so.
