“Premier was great every step of the way! The car I got only a month prior was side swiped by a presumably drunk driver. The whole drivers side was scraped, dented, and pushed in on itself, I couldn’t even open the door anymore! After a friends recommendation and looking at reviews, I decided to take it to Premier. They walked me through the process of getting it fixed and working with insurance, they were kind and informative, and made me feel reassured. “I literally brought Mike a dumpster fire. My 1999 Camry was running hot and when I went to put antifreeze in I FILLED the coolant reservoir with oil! He found and fixed the overheating problem, tested head gasket, flushed out the oil and refilled antifreeze and even did an oil change for me. He was very polite, reasonably priced and even had a 10% senior discount! Unfortunately my car continued to leak antifreeze badly, turns out I had a bad heater core, as well as the hose Mike had fixed previously, so once again Mike worked on the car and charged me very fairly. Thanks Mike!”

“My son was having problems with his truck and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. We had the truck towed in on a Monday morning, Andy was quick to communicate that the truck arrived to the shop and let us know he would be in contact as soon as they were able to diagnose it. Andy and his crew helped diagnose the concern and were able to pin point the problem, gave us an estimate to do the repair and explained the time line for getting the truck back to us. We appreciated his communication and timely response even as busy as they are( there is a reason for that, they ARE THAT GOOD) We felt like we were their # 1 customer the whole time even with a 17 year old beast of a truck ! They were able to get the truck fixed and back to us and we were happy with the customer service Andy provided throughout our visit and the work his technicians did, after all we wanted to make sure the truck was fixed right and safe to drive. Andy and his crew did exactly that and even squeezed in an oil change and addressed all of our concerns. An honest business owner who isn’t just in it for the money but cares about his customers and doesn’t neglectfully spend your money, cuz who enjoys spending money fixing their car. “Nothing but quality here. I have an 06 Duramax and it had a bad tcm. I tried a repair service and got scammed. I tried a used unit and couldn’t get it vin programmed. I ordered a new tcm from Ryan’s Diesel Service and it came in 2 days by 930 am. Plugged it in, it was already vin programmed and it worked perfect. Thank you Ryan for the super fast shipping and flawless tcm. Highly recommend these guys.”

We must’ve called 20 shops before he answered and offered to take a look on the same day and recommended us to try Rainx just for the drive home and see if that would work since the part we needed was most likely a transmission switch and we needed a quick cheap fix. “Great experience. I have had repairs/oil changes with at least 8 other shops (not including this one) over the years - this is the best I have had so far. I came in for a routine oil change, and a repair was recommended. Though they usually book a week or so out, they thankfully had an opening the next day, which I took. I wasn't sure if I would leave my car that night or drop it off in the morning. They allowed me to leave that day, without paying for the oil change (trusting I would bring my car back the next day) and performed the repair the next day quickly and at a slightly lower cost than estimated. I would recommend this business.”
“Hartland Quik Lube has phenomenal team members! They are highly professional, helpful, efficient, communicative, and responsive! Their assistance and expertise goes above-and- beyond!We were out and about and noticed we had an extremely low tire. We filled it up with air at a gas station; then went to Quik Lube regardless because we had plans to get an oil change that day. We mentioned to them that we may have a slow leak in our tire. Our team member quickly found a screw in the tire that was causing the leak. He said it would only be $12 to patch it (for the lifetime of the tire) and our tire was quickly fixed, along with an oil change! Thank you, Hartland Quik Lube! See ya again in 10,000 miles! :-)”
