The same great club only better and cleaner. The new owners added new equipment, lighting and a security key system. My favorite part is the sauna, shower and how good I feel after my workout.

I have been a member of this fitness center for over 20 years! In the past 2-3 years they have added an immense amount of top-notch equipment. It has always been great but now it is unbeatable in the area. Who else has--a basketball court?--a sauna?--3 squat racks? (including the Smith press)--a walking track?--a $45 family membership?When our kids were young, we went there all the time to play basketball and football on the bball court with their friends who were also members. They have great memories from those days! This place helped pass the winter days for our kids.If you haven't stopped in for a while, you need to check out the new improvements. It is very clean, constantly updated and very well managed. Dallas and Heather pour their hearts into this place.

Way better than Anytime Fitness in Viroqua. Lots of space, basketball court, and sauna.

Clean family owned facility. Sauna, gymnasium, exercise, & locker rooms. Committment toward continuously updating equipment, with customer satisfaction in mind.

Indoor walking/running track, cross court basketball, sauna for 8, ellipticals, treadmills, circuit training equipment, SAD full spectrum light panel, lots of free wight and weight lifting equipment. All that,can open 24 hours a day. 5000 sq. feet of space for fitness and fun.

Great old school gym. Everything you need and nothing you don't. I was just passing through town and looking for a place to train. The owner was very welcoming and made me feel at home.
