I like this office, it feels more like a family business than a dental factory (Dental Associates). Ive had two procedures done here and they were perfect. Happy customer so far.

After my father was quoted a couple thousand dollars for dental care, I took him to DentalWorks for a 2nd opinion. Apparently every dental office has negotiated fees with insurance companies, which I was not aware of! His out of pocket cost is a small fraction (about 20%!) of what the other place was charging. They were professional and very knowledgeable and created a care plan that makes sense!!!Thank you DentalWorks! So glad we came in to see you today!

Friendly and efficient. Do not try to oversell or scare you into other procedures. They give you the facts you need to make your own decisions.

The doctor explained everything to me very nicely and the nurses they were very very nice. I had an extraction done today and it was wonderful he did a great job the music was great in the background everybody was friendly ? not like my other dentist I was going to since 1985 I will not go back they changed so badly that I dislike them now this is my new dentist.. ?????

To this day my teeth still hurt. I apparently needed a crown so they put in a temporary crown. I've had crowns before. I needed 2 temporary crowns before my permanent that to this day hurts. The dentist that was on that day said we won't charge you but they obviously did.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had a temp crown put in which broke, had another temp crown put on, which broke. Had to wait 5 days to get in!!! The pain has been terrible and they just said sorry can't help you. Your work is terrible and I will never return. The Pewaukee location is terrible
