“Great service! I was very grateful for how well everything went with Disch. I slid on ice off the road and into snow, so naturally, I needed someone to come tow me out.
Every other towing service I reached out to had hours of wait time. After being on hold with Finish Line for 45 minutes and never hearing an actual person once, and never even being able to reach Trollway at all, Disch picked up after one ring and got to my car within the next 30 minutes. The process was no hassle at all, and despite the fact that even my battery had died, we were done and I was back on the road very quickly.
My only slight issue whatsoever is that the price seemed slightly steeper than some of the alternatives. Considering I was a ways out of town and they arrived quickly unlike any of those alternatives, I cant really complain about that either though.
If I'm ever in a similar situation, I know who I'd call or recommend others to call!”

“We had Air Conditioning issues on one of hottest days of the year. Although they were booked they got us in. The problem was sort of severe and costly / but they can came up with option 2 which allowed cooling of the front at a much more reasonable cost. Highly satisfied!”

“Outstanding customer service! I am from out of town and sustained serious damage to one of my rear tires while driving on the beltway. Tony’s service person met me at my friend’s house and out in the spare. The next, Saturday, Labor Day weekend I was able to get all new tires put on. Rate was extremely reasonable. Staff were so polite and friendly. Can’t say enough about the young man that handled all of this for me.”

They not only did an excellent job with the repair, but I had some minor issues that needed little jerry-rigging just so I could make it home without any additional issues. They were kind and fair. “$1150 ford escape 4 tires. Expensive.Michelin.Original manufacturers' tires lasted 33 thousand and were cheap, noisy, "flopping sound" the entire time. Francis Ford, Belleville 2021.These are sure quieter, HUGE difference!Good customer service in a nice waiting area.We'll be back.”

“This place was really awesome on Friday 6-21-24 pulled in there around 5pm with my f350 dually hunter was amazing got rite to work on figuring out my tires pulled in to the bay and like lightning he went to working on it coworker Eric came over to help as it was late in the day and they were great working together like a well oiled machine was out back on the road in no time very knowledgeable and informative worker's just a overall great great experience thanks again”

Joe was able to fit my truck in at 1 pm, and by 4 pm he had fixed it, test driven it, and I was on my way. “Went in because I had a sound just like a wheel bearing going bad. I've had two on my truck at 190k miles now. Turns out it was brake pads had finally gotten worn enough to stick to the caliper after drive up from Texas. They got it sorted, applied a discount they were offering as a Independence Day special without me even asking and fixed the problem. Great to work with and communicated clearly.”

“The tires were fairly cheap and they even checked my oil for me (which was basically empty, so they did an oil change)... But apparently when they were done my car "wouldn't start" then causing me to have to pay $600 to replace the fuel pump. I had no issues prior to coming in. It was supposed to be a 2 hour tire job and 7 and a 1/2 hours later, I finally got my car (albeit with an empty wallet).... Seemed a little bit sketchy, so be warned if the same thing happens to you.... If it was a genuine issue I am glad that they fixed it so quickly, but I was not expecting to pay that much today.”
