Anna, the manager, did an excellent job of packing. There was bubble wrap between the two boxes. Each piece was wrapped first in small bubble wrap, then medium, then large.

Make sure you have the po number or Bol number.They gave me a door and loaded me quick. You will get a green light. I waited for the worker to come out to me then pulled ahead. Strapped the load and THEY seal it and off ya go. Can’t complain at all!! Great place and nice people.”
“You need to update the hours for customer counter in Middleton. Shipping is from 10am-12:30 and 4pm-6:00pm. You can drop off pre printed label packages and pickup packages from 4pm till 8:30pm.”
“I’ve visited The UPS Store at 1360 Regent Street multiple times, mainly for returning Amazon packages. Each time, the process has been incredibly quick and smooth — they scan the return code and take the package in less than a minute.
The staff member there is always polite and professional. Interestingly, I’ve only ever seen one person managing the entire store, but despite that, I’ve never encountered long queues or delays. It’s impressive how efficiently the store runs with just one staff member.
Overall, a reliable and convenient place for quick returns and great service.”
