Tannayha Brown was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Even though there were many people waiting for help, she made my mom feel as if there was no rush. Always answered every question with a smile. She was the best.

It was a long 5 dollars a gallon drive, on my day off, just to find out the person doing the interview was sick. The person doing it in place was not prepared. Btw there is a math test at the end .

One of my favorite things to do is be the best. I know it. You know it. Everyone knows it. There is no one better! Well when Kyle met quality cellular it was a match made in heaven. Talent recognizes talent! I’m also the best in golf. But quality cellular has some nice sales people and a great cell service. I always make sure to support winners like myself with my money :)It’s nice to be a WINNER!

I have purchased many phones from you over the years and have always had a positive experience. Yesterday, I bought my phone in thinking it needed a new battery. I had to wait for the kid to put his phone down, he plugged it into to something and announced that I needed a new phone. He made no effort to look at the phone just that I needed a new one. Luckily I took it somewhere else. They actually examined the phone, got it to turn on quickly. We deleted a few apps, I bought a new charger and it works. I saved hundreds of dollars.

This franchise is what Great Customer Service is all about. I managed an I.T. section for a major state agency for over 36 years. Our Customer Service approval rating averaged over 98% . I often consulted with other state agencies on how to deliver quality customer service. This group of professionals would be what I would want to use as an example on positive conflict resolution with vendors, problem solving, product sales and explantions but most important, they listen to their customers and stakeholders. U.S. Cellular is very fortunate to have this team of professionals as part of their franchise groups. Job well done many times over and over.
