nail quality is horrible, i've had my nails for not even a week now and almost ALL of them are chipped. i've been getting dip for like a 2 years now and never has my nails looked like this since. the staff are liars and that little short manager is ignorant as fuck. i'll stay on the east side for my nails, this is unbelievable. Basic ass nails & toes for almost $200 & all my nails damn near are broke. it's so frustrating because these are my REAL nails not just fake tips. my real nails are damaged due to the poor ass quality dip/polish they use

Owner over booked herself. I booked an appointment. Didn't get actually get sat in the chair for 45 minutes. Continues to say she always busy and running behind. Which is ok, I get it. I have been in the service industry for 15 years.But now, She rushed through my pedi and mani to try to catch up. Sub par mani and penu due to this. No hand massage, no cuticle cut., still have hang nails... it is rough. Better time management is needed. Disappointed ?

My mom and I had pedicures last week, and it was a wonderful experience. The foot and leg massage alone was worth the very reasonable price. And our toenails look fantastic.

The owner was rushing with me because there were 3 other people waiting, my acrylic nails were rough on the edges, very uneven and clumsy,On my pedicure the nail polish was uneven and started to chip right after I left the salon. Not worth the $$ I was charged. Very disappointed.Services: Pedicures

Wip is the sweetest woman ever. I came in a couple days ago in the evening around 6 and she was doing everything on her own. It was very impressive. We had a great conversation and some laughs. She gave me a mani pedi and really took her time with me. Great massages as well during both services. She also told me she makes the moisturizers and they smell fantastic.
