I travel often for work, and rarely do I stay at a place that doesn't have at least a few small annoyances or things that aren't functioning properly, even at hotels with much higher star levels. This place, however, was fantastic all-around and had the amenities of a much more expensive place. Everything just works like it should. Extremely clean, friendly staff, fast internet, free parking, free EV charging, and an actual GOOD free hot breakfast served in Le Creuset cookware. The tea selection was impressive, and the little bar and grocery area were also very convenient. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Madison!

Nice Hyatt Place- newer building. Breakfast was decent, average Hyatt Place fare. Lobby, breakfast area, and outdoor seating areas seem more spacious than other Hyatt Places. Have stayed here twice with my family- en route to travel further North.

Great hotel. Very comfortable beds. For EV owners, unfortunately the charger was blocked in by a non EV. Hopefully they cone them off in the future, which is the only way to reliably ensure they don't get blocked at hotels where guests are selfish about taking any open spot.

Starting to really like Hyatt Place as my preferred hotel in this category. Very modern, spacious, clean and has a nice lingering smell in the room and elsewhere. Breakfast is included and is much better than other chain hotels. There's a convenient Costco just across the street as well to fill up gas.
There's the usual pool and fitness center. Plus this one has a courtyard with a really long fire pit. Great spot to chill after driving/sightseeing.

I enjoyed my stay there, but my bed was so lumpy. I was quite uncomfortable for 4 days. Staff is friendly and attentive though, and it was the perfect location to where I needed to go for work.

Large, clean room. Very nice outdoor seating area with large propane fireplace. Nice workout room. Pool was decent. Quiet area. Bar in lobby was busy and bartender friendly, as was front desk man from Boston who checked us in (didnt get names). Breakfast was one of the better Hyatt bfasts we have had in awhile and the staff was friendly. Definitely would stay again

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff. Cute town just down the road. A little out of the way from major/main highway, but I was not in a hurry so I loved the short trip.

Rooms: I feel like this is the nicest hotel in the area. Front desk staff was awesome. We did not try the bar/cafe. But there were plenty of people down there enjoying themselves.
Breakfast was great. Our bed and pillows were great, ask for extras and were provided with two more. Awesome walk-in shower.
Being a discoverist, we were upgraded to the top floor, corner King. Which is plenty of room. Would love to see what the suite looks like. 8-)
