Every single person that I have worked with at hometown pharmacy has been phenomenal. Amazing customer service, friendly employees who are incredibly competent at their jobs. I have never encountered even one snag with hometown pharmacy like I did when I was picking up my prescriptions from walgreens. I would recommend hometown pharmacy in Verona to anybody and everybody.

If you are new to the Madison/Verona area, I highly encourage you to go to Hometown. They accept many of the insurance providers in the area and are quick, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. After ten years of chain retail pharmacies, I will never go back to filling my monthly prescriptions anywhere but Hometown.

I have been to several pharmacies over the years and I came across Hometown in Verona and thought I Struck GOLD. Gary always goes above and beyond!! He truly cares about each and every person that walks through that door. Than along came Abby and she is also just as amazing. If you need a vaccine she is your girl! And lastly the team that works with them are all wonderful. They all work so well together, are kind, patient, respectful. Best Pharmacy! Thank you all for all you do

My experience with Verona Hometown Pharmacy is strictly related to obtaining Covid vaccines for family. I wouldn't wish countless weeks of phone calls seeking such on anyone ever again. Glad to have found this place, traveling here multiple times from out of town. Everything about being there was easy. Family felt comfortable. The staff had things moving in an orderly manner. And the staff had a soothing demeanor. If I had to do it again, I'd call this pharmacy first.

Never would've called a pharmacy visit enjoyable until going to Hometown in Verona. Gary is the absolute BEST at what he does. He treats everybody like a personal friend and goes out of his way to take great care of everyone. Started going there to pick up my grandma's prescriptions and he couldn't have been more helpful or kinder. Switched my prescriptions to there immediately. Even after moving 13 min out of town, I continue and will continue to go here. Could go on and on but please, check it out. Already have converted a handful of friends and family from Walgreen's and hope this helps bring more business to good people.
