I’m glad to see a Goodwill in Verona. I can avoid the hassle of jumping on the highway to visit their next closest location. Selection is not nearly as large as its other locations, but service seems to be of better quality at this particular outlet.

I was at Goodwill today there was this guys. One guy came and check on us and another guy came out with 3 popsicles and went to the store and bought us a thing of Pringle chips, and a bottle water. My car was there and I called for help since 10:58 am finally got help at 2;34 pm. This guy went out of his way to help my 3 year granddaughter. It was rough for her but then she had toys and my phone to watch movies. Thank you so much.

I went to browse around in the Goodwill in Verona wisc. And I noticed this one young lady as soon as I walked in then this nasty looking guy cashier comes and started following me also, then had nerve to ask if I wanted to round it off? Hell naw not to this store

Great selection of Wisconsin gear. It was nice that the dressing rooms at this location were open. My cashier Diane was pretty rude and mean though.. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or always has a negative attitude towards her customers. This location may want to school their employees on how to treat customers!

Visiting verona for the first time. Store was decent. Cashier Diane was very rude to me and my sister though. When my sister didn’t have enough cash so she put it back in her purse to grab her card, Diane said straight up “you forgot to pay, can you take the money back out?” very rudly, then when I paid for my items she asked if I would like to round up and I said no thanks not today, and Diane straight up scoffed out loud and said wow. Almost ruined our day, but we won’t let Diane’s attitude towards us bring us down.

I had an extremely bizarre experience here. Although the store is clean and organized, I was basically driven out by an employee cleaning/waxing (?) the floor with a giant machine. I didn’t enjoy being followed. Again - bizarre.
