Nice experience in Fairfield Inn & Suites in Verona. We really appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the hospitality of the reception desk, very friendly and helpful staffs.
Room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, beds are comfortable. Easy access to pretty much everything, a drink is offered by the bar cross the street.
I didn't give 5 stars because of the swimming pool, it seems that the water wasn't charged for a while. Besides, breakfast has limited choice.
Still, it was a good place to stay. Will definitely come back again.

Hotel was very new and rooms were clean and well maintained. Lobby and elevators were clean as well. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had nice selection of cold and warm food. Pool and fitness area looked nice. Location is easy to find by a major road and there is ample parking on site.

I can't comment on the room because I never made it in. As a lifetime titanium member I don't know that I was ever so rudely treated than I was by the young man named Rodolfo tonight regarding the airport shuttle.
It's noted online there's an airport shuttle and noted in the lobby at the front desk however, he stated it's ONLY a part of an EPIC package and not available to everyone and every time.
Every time I inquired all he did was repeat himself- the same thing.
No apologies, no explanation but the same thing again.
I took a photo of the offer for the shuttle and online there's an option for a shuttle.
Again, you come to expect the Marriott EXPERIENCE.. in all the years, I have given MANY reviews
( 41 million views of my reviews, traveling to EVERY state over 20 years) I haven't ever posted a negative one for Marriott.

I stayed at this location for a recent work trip and was very pleased with the accommodations. The rooms and common areas were clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. Also, the free continental breakfast had a decent variety including some great protein options (egg and cheese omelets, breakfast sausage, greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc).
My cohort had a very minor issue with his room, and maintenance was quick to resolve within a few hours.
Overall, I was pleased with my stay, and I would stay there again in the future.

Great hotel to stay at if you're in the Verona/Madison area. Very clean and well maintained. They even have an underground parking garage which was a pleasant surprise.

Location was as close as I could be to Epic. Had Breakfast in AM. The coffee was good. Beds were comfortable. Had microwave and fridge in room. Has gym and pool.

This location is very well maintained. Staff are consistently approachable, kind, and helpful. Excellent housekeeping and shuttle services! Gym is more than adequate, with large windows and view of the street. I would recommend this location without hesitation. The only thing lacking is an onsite restaurant/bar, however the facility does offer complimentary breakfast (with hot options), and a limited selection of snacks, essentials, and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase 24-7.

Google shows this as a two star hotel. From now on that is all I’m going to stay in. It was awesome. It’s like a brand new hotel and we rode our snowmobiles from their parking lot to the main trail system. They have a bar across the street so when done riding just walk across and tell your snow stories. Definitely will stay here again if they get snow.Nearby activities: Access to main snowmobile trails. Ride from hotel to trail system.
