Sam has been very helpful each time I've been there finding exactly what I needed within seconds when it probably would've taken me 20 minutes of searching!

Gavin was a huge help! I had a screw stuck in a project and came in to buy a tool to get it out. Rather than sell me a tool I’d use once, he went ahead and just removed the screw for me (I had the project part handy). 10/10 customer service, will come back when I need to buy hardware.
